Education is changing and so is the human race. As we venture further into a world where we, humans, are becoming more and more dependent on technology and innovative thinking to assist mankind with waking up every day; this means that we need to accept what is happening around us.

The first place to start with is our children. As they become the learner in a classroom where they were once defined as a whole and one type of student, they are now faced with new challenges that our grandparents did not have. Tomorrow, we will need innovators, new age thinkers, and modern humanitarians to run the world we live in or we as a race will fail to exist.

With the right mindset and engagement, educators are able to keep up and produce a kind of thinking in our young learners that keeps them intrigued. But the only way we can do this is to realize that every single day the school bell rings, it is no longer a place for a one sided learning environment; a room filled with thirty extremely different students with different multiple intelligences, and questions beyond imaginable.
