TPE 6.1

Reflect on their own teaching practice and level of subject matter and pedagogical knowledge to plan and implement instruction that can improve student learning. 

 

TPE 6.3

Establish professional learning goals and make progress to improve their practice by routinely engaging in communication and inquiry with colleagues. 

 

The social and emotional learing is based off of the five tenets from the book All Learning is Social and Emotional. The five tenets are: Identity and Agency, Emotional Regulation, Cognitive Regulation, Social Skills, and Public Spirit. TPE 6.1 and TPE 6.2 describes how teachers should continue to reflect on their own teaching practices in order to improve their teaching instruction.
