TPE 4.6

Access resources for planning and instruction, including the expertise of community and school colleagues through in-person or virtual collaboration, co-teaching, coaching, and/or networking.

I decided to pair my field work observation with TPE 4.6 because of the similarity that I've found with the collaboration and networking among teachers. During my field work observation, I found that the best way to provide a well rounded education to your students, is to collaborate with your fellow same grade teachers. Also, it's best to show your students what it's like to use the information you learn in class to the 'real world' by taking them on fieldtrips and having guest speakers.
